A Purchase Order Request is what a family creates and then sends to their charter school.
It is basically a pending order that they put in our system so the charter school can simply log in, review the order and approve it. It speeds up the process and cuts down on mistakes. Because the family is the one entering the information in our system and nobody has to transcribe from a PDF, fewer mistakes are made. And, because the family has already provided us with the information and we no longer have to manually receive, input and process Purchase Orders, we don't slow the process down.
