My student's progress has been lost. Where is my student's work from the old site? Print

Rest assured, your student's work has not been lost!

Our new platform is a blank slate and your student can start wherever they left off from the old platform (see below for instructions.) And, anything completed on the old platform can be found in Previous Platform Reports at the top of your Parent Dashboard.

HOW TO SET THE SPECIFIC LESSON FOR YOUR STUDENT TO GET STARTED

From the Dashboard of your Parent Account:

click Students
click Overview
click Math
click Course Settings on the far right.
under Starting Lesson, use the drop down menu to select where you want your student to get to work.
click Save!

While you are there, you might want to check out the other settings to see the various options and verify things are set to your preferences.
