Sales Offered:

Drill Team: Customers purchasing a Drill Team Basic Membership for $21.99 will receive a complimentary kit. Kits will be distributed by KT at the booth.

Saxon Math Free Trial: Customers signing up at the booth will enjoy a 10-day free trial.

Saxon Math Membership: Customers can purchase the Premium membership for the price of a Plus membership.

Timeline/Purchasing Options:

Drill Team: Valid only for purchases made at the booth. If customers want a free trial, they are more than welcome to sign up for that on the site. But, if they want the promotion it has to be bought at a convention. We will not honor the promo outside of the convention. 

Saxon Math Free Trial: Parents will sign up at the booth and receive a Free Trial Registration email. Activation is possible anytime from the convention until August 16th.

Saxon Math Membership:

    1) Free Trial Conversion: Parents using the 10-day free trial must convert to a paid membership BEFORE August 16th for convention pricing

    2) On-Spot Purchase: Parents sign up/pay at the booth and receive a registration email for later use.

How to Purchase with a Purchase Order (PO):

Alaska (IDEA): A paper PO listing the Drill Team Membership with Free Kit or Saxon Math Membership at the discounted rate will be provided to KT. Matthew will process these orders upon receipt of the digital copy.

Normal PO (No Paper Copy): New members can submit a PO for the discounted Saxon Membership, dated for August 16th or earlier. POs received after this date will be returned, as the promotion will have ended.

Refund Policy:

Drill Team: Our standard 14-day refund policy applies. Any kits given will not be returned. 

Saxon Math: Our standard 30-day refund policy applies.

FAQ’s

What if I used my Free Trial right after our convention but didn’t purchase and want to try it again before the deadline? 

A: We can add an additional 7-day max to their trial for the to try again. 

What if I submitted my PO but it won’t be processed until July or August? 

A: We can grant them a maximum of 3 weeks until we receive their PO. If they are asking and the time exceeds that max amount, we will offer them prorated pricing to cover the membership until we receive the PO.

I forgot to convert my trial to a membership and its past the end date, can I still get the discounted price? 

A: Customers have until August 16^th to convert to a paid membership to receive the discount. Internally we will accept conversions up until August 17^th at 12 P.M. (Do not tell this to customers.) Any time after this we will NOT be granting extensions or one-off approvals. 

I signed up during the South Carolina Convention but can’t find my Free Trial Email/ Premium Registration email.
