Single-grade members can only change their textbook once a month. If they made a mistake, they will need to call us to switch the textbook for them.
For Single Grade Plan Members
1. Expire the Current Membership
- Go into the Parent Account
- Select the transaction, it will say 1 Complete
- You will be taken to the members transaction page.
- Copy and Save the expiration date for later use
- Change the expiration date to yesterday and click Done.
- Click Update.
2. Change the Same Transaction
- Select the correct book/membership for the customer
- In the Expiration Date field, input the old memberships expiration date.
- Click Create
3. Now Confirm Student can see that new textbook.
- Click the back button 3 times to go back to the members MPM page
- Select the username
- Scroll down to the Student Accounts Section
- Select Manage Student Accounts and grab the student username
- Search MPM for the student username
- Select the student username
- Click View As to flip to the student view
- In the upper right hand corner, select the student's name and Classes.
- Go to the student profile view and see if the correct book is showing.
If correct book is not showing, please follow the Fix Accounts Procedure.
- Once you fix the account in Fix Account, go back into the Students Account to see the textbook.
- If this is not working please escalate to Matt for further guidance
For any of the Family Plans
Parents can go into their students account and Configure them for whichever textbook they need.
