Situation: If the customer doesn't have the green "student accounts" button showing or says "I can't add my students."
Step 1: Go to Student Account section and Make sure the Most recent Plan is Checked
- Search for the customer
- Select the username to go into the Profile screen
- Scroll down almost to the bottom where it says Student Accounts.
- The most recent student account listing (the one on the top) is mostly likely not checked.
- Check the box
- It opens up a field so you can put in the right amount of seats. You have 3 possibilities:
- Single Textbook Plan – 1
- Small Family Plan – 5
- Large Family Plan – 9
- Select Update
Step 2: Verify Student Accounts
- Go to the bottom of page to the Student Account section.
- Select the first membership and click on Manage Student Accounts
- You are now looking at their student account panel. Verify that the correct number is showing up.
