Situation:  If the customer doesn't have the green "student accounts" button showing or says "I can't add my students."


Step 1:  Go to Student Account section and Make sure the Most recent Plan is Checked

  1. Search for the customer
  2. Select the username to go into the Profile screen
  3. Scroll down almost to the bottom where it says Student Accounts.  
  4. The most recent student account listing (the one on the top) is mostly likely not checked.  
  5. Check the box
  6. It opens up a field so you can put in the right amount of seats.  You have 3 possibilities:
    • Single Textbook Plan – 1 
    • Small Family Plan – 5
    • Large Family Plan – 9 
  7. Select Update



Step 2:  Verify Student Accounts 

  1. Go to the bottom of page to the Student Account section.
  2. Select the first membership and click on Manage Student Accounts
  3. You are now looking at their student account panel.  Verify that the correct number is showing up.
