You will need to go to the Parent Account and add a transaction.  


1. Login to MPM 

2. Find the customers username 

3. Select the transaction (will say 1 Complete

4. Copy customers username 

5. Select Add New option in the top left 

6. Paste the username 

7. Select the correct membership requested by customer 

7. Change the sub-total to the correct amount 

8. Change the status to Complete 

9. Check the expiration date is appropriate for the membership (ex.  yearly membership is one year later, trial is one week later.)

10. Click Create
