Situation: You may not run into this situation often, but if you do, the solution is below.
Solution
Have the customer sign up for a free trial membership. This will allow for all of their information to be in the system and you can just go in and add a new membership. To add a new membership follow these steps...
1. Login to MPM
2. Find the customers username
3. Select the transaction (will say 1 Complete )
4. You will be taken to the customers transaction page. Copy the customers username.
5. Click the Add New option in the top left
6. Paste the username into the correct section
7. Change the membership to the correct one requested by parent.
8. Change the sub-total to the correct amount.
9. Change the Status to Complete
10. Click Create
If you have all of the customer's info, you can add the new member yourself:
1. Go to Memberpress>Members
2. In the upper left hand corner, click New.
3. Complete the open fields and uncheck the boxes
4. Click Advanced to add the membership transaction.
