Below are the steps to "Expire and Re - Inspire" a transaction. 


Reasons for doing this: 

  1. Students sometimes get disconnected from their classes.  This reactivates the membership in an attempt to get those classes to reconnect.



Procedures - Expire 


  1. Log into Member-press Members (MPM) through your admin account. 
  2. Look up the customers account either first name, last name, or email. 
  3. You will be brought to the customers account information page in MPM. 
  4. Click on TRANSACTIONS.
  5. Check the expiration dates to make sure there is no weirdness or for overlapping dates.
  6. Click on the most recent transaction.  
  7. Copy the current expiration date.
  8. Click NOW and select yesterday's date.  Click DONE.
  9. Click UPDATE.


Procedures - Inspire 


  1. Paste the expiration date that you had copied back into the Expiration Date field. 
  2.  Click DONE.
  3. Click UPDATE.
