How do I manage my account or student information?

How do I add a new student?

  1. Log into your Parent Account.

  2. From the Dashboard, click Add Student.

  3. Enter the student’s first and last name.

  4. Create a username and password.

  5. Click Add.

After adding the student, you can purchase a Math Pass for them.


How do I change my email address?

  1. Log into your Parent Account.

  2. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.

  3. Select Settings.

  4. Update your email address.


How do I change my password?

  1. Log into your Parent Account.

  2. Click your name in the upper right corner.

  3. Select Settings.

  4. Enter a new password.


How do I change my student’s password?

  1. Log into your Parent Account.

  2. On the student card, select Password.

  3. Enter a new password.

  4. Close the panel to save.


How do I change my student’s username?

For security reasons, username changes must be handled by our team.
Please email info@nicolethemathlady.com, and we will assist you.


Username & Password Requirements

Passwords must:

  • Be at least 8 characters long

  • Include at least one uppercase letter

  • Include at least one lowercase letter

  • Include at least one special character (@ $ ! % * ? & #)

Usernames should be unique and appropriate for student use.
