Can I receive an email after an assignment is submitted?

Yes. You can enable instant email notifications for submitted assignments.

How to Turn On Assignment Notifications

1. Go to your Parent Dashboard.
2. Click your name in the upper right-hand corner.
3. Click Settings.
4. On the menu on the left side, click Notifications
5. Toggle on each type of assignment for which you would like to receive an Instant Notification.

Your settings will save automatically.

Not Receiving Emails?

If notifications are enabled but you are not receiving emails:

• Check your Spam or Junk folder.

• If you find an email from us in Spam, move it to your inbox to ensure future delivery.

You may also want to add our email address to your safe sender list.
