Situation: A customer has forgotten their password or can't login. 


1. Login to MPM 

2. Search for parent or students account. 

3. Click on the username 

4. Scroll down to the Generate Password button and select it 

5. This will then issue a temporary password 

6. Copy this password and send it to the customer to login. 

7. Explain that the password is temporary, and list the steps to change the password from their account.
