Situation: An existing member is requesting a free trial in order to see if the Online Grading or Nicole's Study Hall is a fit for them.
Solution 1 (Customer Procedure)
- You can send the customer to this link in order for the to register for a trial membership. https://nicolethemathlady.com/enroll/all-grade-old-member-trial/. There is a canned response for this.
Solution 2 ( Manually adding Trial)
1. Log into MPM
2. Search the customers username, firs/last name, or email
3. Select their current transaction, it will say 1 Complete
4. You are now in the customers Transaction page, where their current membership is present. You will leave the current membership and create a new transaction. Copy the customer Username.
5. Click the Add New option at the top left.
6. Paste the username
7. Select the All Grade Old Membership Trial
8. Change the status to Complete
9. Confirm that the expiration date is a week from the creation date. If it is not you can change it.
10. Click Create
