The Nicole the Math Lady team spreads joy and happiness to students, parents and teachers. We are here to SERVE them.
Here’s what we do:
- We develop a love of learning in students through fun and relatable teaching.
- We lighten the load for parents and teachers by providing a helping hand.
- We provide extraordinary service to WOW our customers with EVERY interaction.
Here’s how we do it:
- We answer each question cheerfully and in such a way that we are the best interaction they’ve had all day.
- We provide complete information in a concise format.
- We anticipate their next step and guide them the first time so they don’t have to come back with another inquiry.
Remember the real goal
The real desire of our customer is to teach kids - whether it be their own or someone else's. This can be a tough job. When they call us, it's because they need support in doing that. So let's be the light they need to let them know they are doing the most important job on the planet.
They may be stressed, overwhelmed or nervous about this huge task:
- Our job is to be their champions.
- Our job is to make their job easier.
Always re-read your response and think, "Is this written in such a way that the customer feels valid, confirmed and respected?" Did we make their job easier or harder? Is there something we could do or change that would make their job easier? Once the answer is yes, send away or at least let Nicole know so we can adapt to make sure that happens!
