Situation: A customer says they have not received an email report with their students work . 



Solution 


1. Login to MPM 

2. Go to the Parent's Account 

3. Click the username

4. Select View As 

5. Click the customers name in the top right corner 

6. Click Membership > Subscriptions 

7. Select Student Accounts button 

8. Check the student Configuration. Sometimes parents do not select the Get Reports option, so do it for them. 


Let the customer know that they will now get the emailed reports, and explain to them that they can always pull a report by clicking on their profile pic and going t Reports.
