Situation: A customer says they cannot access the Online Grading Reports.
Solution 1
Confirm that the customer has a membership that includes online grading (Plus or Premium Tier).If they do not have the correct membership for online grading, they can still access reports for video lesson completion. Let the customer know that they can always upgrade to get the Online Grading feature.

Walk the customer through the steps to access the Reports function (CANNED RESPONSE)
Solution 3
Confirm that the student has hit the Complete or Finish Quiz button on the last page of the lesson. This is the only way the report will generate.
1. Login to MPM
2. Find the Students Account and click the username
3. Select the View As option
4. Select the students name in the top right corner
5. Click the Classes option
5. Go into their textbook, and see what lessons they have completed.
6. Check to see if they have hit the Complete or Finish Quiz button. When you enter a Lesson practice, or Mixed Practice if the page says In Progress, this means the did not select the button.
Let the customer know and walk them through the steps to access the report on their own. (CANNED RESPONSE)
